Our story
Quartz Course Pro was founded in 2018 by a small group of instructional designers and video producers who saw a glaring gap in the e-learning market. Talented coaches, academics, and business leaders had deep expertise but lacked the technical skills and production resources to package that knowledge into compelling online courses. They were losing potential students to slicker competitors who invested heavily in presentation, even when the underlying content was mediocre.
We set out to level the playing field. Starting from a converted studio space in Wales, we built a multidisciplinary team that could handle every aspect of course creation — from initial market research and learning-objective mapping to scriptwriting, filming, animation, platform configuration, and post-launch analytics. Within our first year we had helped sixteen clients launch courses that collectively enrolled over two thousand learners.
Today, we serve clients across the United Kingdom and beyond, with a portfolio spanning wellness, technology, finance, creative arts, and corporate training. Our headquarters remain in Wales, at 28 Hoeger Glade, Friesen-under-Terry, Wales, JN4 3WJ, United Kingdom, and our commitment to quality-first course creation has never wavered.
Key milestones
A brief look at the journey that shaped who we are today.
2018 — The founding
Three instructional designers and two videographers pooled their savings and launched Quartz Course Pro from a small studio in Friesen-under-Terry. Our first client was a yoga instructor who wanted to bring her in-person workshops online. That pilot project became a case study we still reference today, having generated over four hundred enrolments in its first quarter.
2019 — First corporate partnership
A regional NHS trust commissioned us to develop compliance training modules for three hundred staff members. The project pushed us to build robust assessment and certification features, expanding our capabilities significantly and opening the door to the corporate training market.
2021 — Pandemic-era growth
When the world moved online, demand for our services surged. We doubled our team, invested in remote production workflows, and launched forty-seven courses in a single year — our busiest ever. Client satisfaction remained at ninety-six percent throughout this rapid expansion.
2023 — International reach
We began serving clients in Europe, North America, and Australia, adapting our processes for multilingual content and international payment gateways. Our global client base now accounts for thirty percent of annual revenue.
2025 — The future
We are investing in AI-assisted content outlining tools, interactive simulation modules, and cohort-based learning features to keep our clients at the forefront of digital education innovation.
Our mission and values
Everything we do is guided by a clear purpose: to make expert knowledge accessible, engaging, and profitable for creators who want to make a difference.
Quality without compromise
We never cut corners. Every lesson, graphic, and interaction is reviewed against our internal quality checklist before it reaches a learner. We believe that a polished course reflects the credibility of its creator, and we treat every project as though our own reputation is on the line — because it is.
Learner-centred design
We design for the person sitting on the other side of the screen. That means clear navigation, bite-sized lessons, varied media formats, and thoughtful assessments that reinforce retention rather than frustrate. Every design decision is backed by learning science.
Trust and transparency
From the first discovery call to the final invoice, we keep you informed at every step. Our proposals include detailed scope breakdowns, and our project dashboards give you real-time visibility into progress. No hidden fees, no vague timelines, no surprises.
Continuous improvement
The e-learning landscape evolves rapidly, and we evolve with it. We invest in ongoing training, attend industry conferences, and regularly audit our own processes. When a new platform feature or pedagogical technique proves effective, we integrate it into our workflow within weeks.
